The purpose of this session is to explore and learn new ways to visualize systemic challenges and opportunities which make it hard for everyone to ignore. You will learn about a framework free approach for an Agile Coach so that she/he can focus her/his efforts and create a high performing team. The approach, called "Squad Mirror , has been used to coach organizations large and small through their agile journeys.  This approach leverages wisdom from"Start with why", System Thinking, Extreme ownership, and Modern Agile.
